Elaine is a wildlife artist and qualified as a Mountain Walking Guide specialising in backpacking around South Africa. She also is an expedition leader for the World Challenge organisation, having had much experience in taking students on hiking trips.

Elaine has been involved in the President's Award programme as a leader in a private secondary school for many years,  as well as taking rural school students hiking. She also has had much experience in organising outdoor excursions, 12-day expeditions and training students and adults in team-building and leadership skills during these hiking trips.

Like most folks Llew and I are passionate about being in the bush, and we both left our day jobs to do what we love, and sharing that passion with you too is our own reward. We welcome newcomers as yourself, as a friend, and plan to offer a personal and memorable experience in order to enrich your interaction with us and the wonderful natural bush we are surrounded by.

Of paramount importance, we offer an experience with your safety and health as a priority, having emergency services and rescue on standby for all trips offered.
